We provide a free, no-obligation, on site estimate for all of our services. This ensures that we give you our best price possible for your junk removal or demolition needs.
"How does East Tennessee Junk Away charge for junk removal?"
We determine our pricing by how much space the material you need hauled away takes up in our truck/trailer. We have a 9 point price list that is broken down to single item minimum, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8 truck loads, and a full trailer/truck load. Our truck/trailer can hold approximately 6 pickup truck loads.
The prices we provide vary depending on location and are subject to a minimum charge for our team’s removal service. This minimum charge is unique to each location and is influenced by various factors, including local disposal and recycling fees.For materials with heavy cubic weight, such as dirt, concrete, and gravel, our pricing is based on the total volume these materials occupy in the truck/trailer, up to a maximum height of one foot for a full load."Can I get an exact price for junk removal or demolition services before you arrive?"
Unfortunately we are not able to give exact estimates.
"What payment methods do you accept for your junk removal and demolition services?"
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards as payment methods. All payments are processed after the desired services are complete.
"When should I expect you to arrive?"
On the day of your scheduled estimate, junk removal or demolition service our professional team members will send you a text 15-30 mins before your scheduled arrival window introducing themselves and letting you know they are on their way.
"How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?"
To cancel or reschedule your appointment with us simply give us a call or text letting us know that you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us.
"Can you complete the services if I am not at home?"
In some situations we are able to complete your service needs if you are not at home. If the material or items are easily accessible our team will be happy to complete the job and accept payment over the phone once we are complete.
